Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original product packaging (undamaged). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, click on link at bottom of this page. If your return is accepted, we will give instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Incorrect Sizing, eligible for an exchange - If we do not have your required size in stock, we will advise of this before you return your item and a store credit will instead be issued, less postage costs
Refunds are not offered unless the item has a manufacture fault, so please keep this in mind when placing your order.
To be eligible for a an exchange:
- Item must not be a sale item
- Item must be returned in as new condition with tags attached & original packaging
- Special Order items are not eligible for exchange
CLOTHING – Must be returned in brand new condition with tags attached in original packaging. Item must be without stains, not washed or sprayed.
FOOTWEAR - must show no signs of use other than being briefly tried on indoors. All packaging and any tags must still be intact.
HORSEWEAR – Items must be free from hair/dirt and any stains or marks. Returned in as new condition.
Horse Bits - can not be returned.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions will be charged a restocking fee or refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
We suggest that you keep the original satchel your items were posted in, in a reusable condition so that should you require a return, the bag can be reused.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs associated with an exchange or change of mind return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like first aid and bits.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Manufacturing fault in the item is eligible for a return or exchange.
