Products may be picked up free of charge from our shop located at Unit 1/6 Kalaf Ave Morisset, NSW 2264, Please call the office to arrange a pick up. 

Contactless Click and Collect

Order online and select pick up. Wait to hear from us. you'll receive a notification when your order is ready. Upon arrival to store, call the phone number at the gate.

We ship the majority of our orders as tracked parcels with Australia Post though we can occasionally use couriers. This means you will be required to sign for it unless Australia Post or the courier company are operating a no-signature protocol such as in Covid lockdowns.  If you do not wish to have to sign for your parcel, you can put a note when you place your order to let us know, but we will not be responsible for the delivery.

We endeavour to dispatch same day but more commonly within 1-2 business days, and this can be up to 4-5 business days in peak times.  If you decide to cancel your orders before we have dispatched them you will be issued with store credit vouchers to use on the website.

Shipping rates are based on weight and are calculated at checkout.
